Casting Room accepts several different payment methods for membership purchases. For memberships purchased in Canada and USA, payments can be made in person or online.
Please note that payments sent directly to our offices will not be accepted at this time.
Castingroom memberships are non-refundable. Each membership is automatically reccurring in order to avoid any interuption in service on your account.
Castingroom takes Billing and Membership problems very seriously. Please be as detailed as possible so we can resolve the issue properly. In the event that we cannot locate your membership account, we may request additional information regarding your billing details.
We make every effort to respond during the same business day, but at times it may take 1 – 2 business days. If you do not hear from us within that time, this might mean that our emails are being filtered by your provider. Please send the request again and we will attempt another method of contact.
